Katherine Salter is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT200 and RYT500 Yoga teacher. She firmly believes Yoga is inclusive for everyone, delivering her classes with a supportive and encouraging approach. Thai massage partner workshop led by professional massage therapist Helen Etherington.

The Quiaves offers excellent chefs who will be providing all the meals. The menu will be created using local and seasonal food and will fit any specific dietary requirements.
