Floating Frequencies

Floating Frequencies

Join us for a restorative multi-instrumental sound bath at The Quaives in Wickhambreaux, set within 19 acres of private grounds just outside Canterbury. As the day draws to a close, this evening session is a chance to slow down, rest, and come back to yourself before the week carries on.

You'll lie down, get comfortable and let gong, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, frame and ocean drums, shruti box, and vocals guide you into a state of deep rest and ultimate relaxation, settling the nervous system and quieting the mind.

Guided by Eleanor, a sound therapist and founder of Floating Frequencies. In sound, she has trained with the world-leading Tama-Do Academy, founded by Fabien Maman, a pioneer in vibrational therapy, with Sound Healing Bali under internationally renowned musician Shervin Baloorian, and at the Himalayan Academy of Sound in India. Her background in Ayurveda and breathwork, including her studies at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, informs how she holds the space.

No experience needed, this session is open to all.
