3-day Body Positive Weekend Yoga retreat


This will be a journey of transformation, discovery, and empowerment with Yoga teacher and body positive coach Donna Noble

This retreat will be a fun and immersive experience for everyone and the relaxed plan means you can do as little or as much as you like.

All classes will be fun, safe and judgement-free and have a body positive focus, so the poses are adapted for your unique body. Expect a variety of yoga styles, including vinyasa, yin and yoga wheel. 

Expect talks on body image, self-acceptance, and how to be authentically you, while seeing the world from an inside-out so that you can connect with the essence of who you are.
