Weekend Retreat with Personal Trainer Sam Burrows

The intention for this retreat is to deepen your mind-body connection, explore your physical potential and to learn about how your body moves and functions best. Personal Trainer Sam will guide you through dynamic and fun ways of moving as well as working on your balance, coordination, strength and flexibility. Using gymnastic rings to strengthen and Animal Flow movements to increase flexibility and coordination. Sam has been a trainer for 5 years working in mainstream gyms and outdoor spaces but now with a permanent home at Fieldworks Gym in Hackney. Sam’s passion lies in movement; exploring new ranges and possibilities with our physical bodies is what excites him.  Sam believes movement is key to longevity and recently becoming a father had made him realise that even more. Watching his baby move so freely and with such ease inspires him to teach new ways of moving.

Arrival: Friday 19th July from 2pm

Departure: Sunday 21st July by 4pm


This weekend retreat includes:

  • 5 training sessions

  • Animal Flow sequences

  • Countryside runs

  • Accommodation in luxury cottages or a beautiful Scandinavian style shared dormitory

  • All meals – designed to your dietary requirements

  • Full access to the yoga studio, grounds, tennis court (rackets and balls available to borrow), and use of an outdoor hot tub overlooking sprawling countryside

Single occupancy - £650

Bumble Cottage

Single occupancy - £650

2 person shared bed - £550 pp

Non-residential for those living locally (excluding accommodation) - £250 pp
