Be Radiant retreats


The Be Radiant Kundalini Yoga Retreats are the signature Quaives Retreats where you can relax, be yourself, and try a range of different wellbeing practices that are perfect for beginners and the more experienced, there is something for everyone; yoga, breath work, meditation, yoga nidra, gong bath, mantra and deep relaxation with Satgur Kaur. We will nourish you with gourmet vegetarian meals, and nourish your soul with a welcoming atmosphere and a feeling of being looked after to the core of your being. We have the most beautiful spaces inside and out to explore, unwind and find yourself again. We are surrounded by the peace, quiet and beauty of the Kent countryside.

We also have a luxury outdoor wood fired hot tub, and have the chance to go on walks in the countryside and for those that feel very energetic there is the tennis court!

The food, snacks, and drinks are lovingly prepared by our holistic retreat chefs, meticulously well planned to give you tasty and nutritious food to help reboot your system, so you leave feeling rejuvenated and reenergised. Guests can help themselves to teas and filtered water during the weekend, and relax inside our Saloon with comfy sofas and a log burner at the one end for chilling, reading or chatting to other group members.


The Practise

In kundalini yoga we have no levels everyone does what they can and that is all, which means it is open to everyone of all abilities. In this weekend retreat, you'll get a chance to experience many different kundalini yoga classes, gong bath, and meditations as well as free time to enjoy the gardens,


 All meals and snacks, yoga, meditation, group walk, optional 1-2-1 session with Satgur for advice on yoga practice,  2 nights’ accommodation, unlimited teas Use of tennis court and rackets. Use of outdoor hot tub. Yoga equipment. Note: All food is vegetarian, please let us know if you have any other dietry requirements.

Massage Treatments

We have a wonderful therapists, to help you heal and relax over your weekend stay with 60, 75 or 90 minute sessions available. Book a treatment early to avoid disappointment as there are limited time slots. 




Satgur Kaur- has been teaching yoga for 10 years from 2 to 90 year olds, all over London. She moved to Kent just outside of Canterbury with her husband in 2016 to set up the beautiful Quaives retreat in the countryside. After numerous wellbeing trainings over the years, Satgur holds the space for all with experience and kindness, and offers her own style of Kundalini Yoga and Hatha, with practices of physical movements, meditation, deep relaxation, mantra and sound healing with her trusty sacred healing tools; wind-gong and chimes. She is passionate about sharing the sacred teachings of this ancient healing art, and guiding those who come to her classes to experience there own inner wisdom and gain greater clarity about themselves and their life, as well as increasing their own physical and mental strength and flexibility.  


  • A reservation requires a deposit of 25% of the total price.

  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.

  • The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.

  • No refunds

  • I reserve the right to cancel the retreat if it is not meeting the minimum 10 participants. (if I do so your deposit will be refunded in full).

Appropriate insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.
